Take a traditional Mojito “next-level” by adding creamy avocado to the mix. Muddle some fresh mint and top it off with lime sparkling water. Your patrons are going to love this non-alcoholic option.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw diced avocado and pulp according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Purée avocado pulp and agave syrup in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate.
- Step 3
- For each serving; place 1 oz. diced avocados and 1/4 cup mint leaves into a mojito glass. Lightly muddle to extract mint flavor and mash diced avocado. Add ice cubes to the top, 2 oz. avocado-agave syrup and 1 fl. oz. lime juice, top with 6 fl. oz. lime sparkling water. Add stir stick and serve.
