Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Avocado Pulp, Frozen 12/1lb 1 lb. 1 tray
Yogurt, Greek, plain 9 oz. 1 cup
Mayonnaise 7 3/4 oz. 1 cup
Wasabi paste or powder, to taste 1.3 oz. 1/4 cup
Lime, zested and juiced 1 each
Himalayan sea salt or Kosher salt 1 1/2 tsp.
Togarashi or sesame seeds as garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
In medium bowl or food processor, blend the ingredients together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
