Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare brown rice, peas and carrots, and edamame according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
- Step 2
- For each serving; place 1/2 cup of brown rice on serving dish, top with 1/2 cup peas and carrots, and 1/2 cup edamame. Place 2 oz. of sliced beef on top of vegetables. Pour 2 fl. oz. of bulgogi sauce over bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
