Our nutritious take on a tasty gem from Korea. We top crisp Romaine leaves with strips of beef, peas and carrots, red peppers, cucumber and tangy bulgogi sauce.

Simplot Simple Goodness™: RTE Peas and Diced Carrots 1/20lb 1.5 lbs. 5 cups
Beef, stir-fry sliced, seasoned 1.25 lbs.
Romaine lettuce leaves 15 oz. 30 leaves
Bulgogi sauce 1.25 lbs. 2 1/2 cups
Red bell pepper, fresh, julienne strips 1 lb. 2 1/2 cups
English cucumber, seedless, julienne strips 1 lb. 2 1/2 cups
Sesame seeds .5 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Scallions or Green onions, thinly sliced .15 oz. 2 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare peas and carrots blend according to package instructions. Reserve hot. Prepare sliced beef according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
Step 2
For each serving; place 3 lettuce leaves on serving dish and place 1/2 cup peas and carrots on top of lettuce. Place 2 oz. sliced beef on top of peas and carrots. Drizzle 2 fl. oz. bulgogi sauce over beef, top with 1/4 cup red pepper strips and 1/4 cup cucumber. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
