Bacon, raw, double-smoked and peppered, 1/4-inch dice | 1 lb. | |
Queso cheese sauce | 8 fl. oz. | 1 cup |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw broccoli and hold chilled.
- Step 2
- Preheat oven to 500˚F.
- Step 3
- Place thawed broccoli in a medium bowl. Top with garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Toss lightly until well coated. Place broccoli on a sheet tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until char starts to develop. Remove from oven, keep warm.
- Step 4
- In a sauté pan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove from pan, drain and reserve.
- Step 5
- Heat queso cheese sauce according to package instructions. Add sriracha and stir to combine. Keep warm.
- Step 6
- To serve; place charred broccoli on serving dish and top with cheese sauce, bacon and sesame seeds.
