Preparation Instructions:
- Whisk the pepper paste into the prepared hollandaise sauce, hold warm. For each serving; prepare 2 pancakes according to the package directions. Top each with 1 oz. of chorizo, prepared egg and 2 fl. oz. of aji amarillo hollandaise. Sprinkle with Tajin and garnish with two charred scallions.
