Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Purée chipotle and mayonnaise in blender until smooth. Prepare the corn and jalapeno blend according to package directions.
- Step 2
- Combine corn blend, butter, lime juice, cumin, chili-lime salt and chipotle mayonnaise in a large bowl. Garnish with queso fresco.
