Simplot Good Grains™: Exotic Grains & Fire-Roasted Vegetable Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz.
Ranch dressing, prepared 8 fl. oz.
Chicken, cooked, shredded 24 oz.
Flour tortilla wrap, 10-inch, warmed 12 each
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Chunky Avocado Pulp, Fresh 8/1lb 24 oz.
Tomatoes. sliced thin 36 slices
Romaine lettuce leaves 24 leaves
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare grain and vegetable blend according to package instructions, chill.
Step 2
Combine grain blend, ranch dressing and pulled chicken in a large bowl. Lay flour tortilla on a countertop, spread 2 oz. avocado pulp in center, top with 3 slices of tomato and 2 pieces of romaine lettuce. Add 6 oz. of grain and chicken mixture. Fold in both ends of flour tortilla while rolling the rest of the filling. Slice in half before serving.
