Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Season fish with the Southwest seasoning. Cook according to preference by grill, flat top, or oven. Set aside for service.
- Step 3
- Blend the red and green cabbages together.
- Step 4
- To build the tacos, heat 2 corn tortillas on a flat top grill. Place 1/2 oz. of the blended cabbages in each tortilla. Top each with 2 oz. cooked fish, 1/2 oz. guacamole, and 1/4 oz. diced tomato. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge. Serve.
