Step 1: Cheese Sauce

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add milk and cheese; cook until melted. Add the green chilies, salt, and pepper. Reserve warm.
- Step 2
- For each serving; prepare four lattice fries according to the package directions. Saute 1-1/2 oz. of peppers and onions according to the package directions. Top two lattice fries each with a seasoned cooked beef patty, 3/4 fl. oz. cheese sauce, 3/4 oz. peppers and onions and top each with remaining fries. Garnish each slider with a slice of jalapeño and a half cherry tomato.
