Delicious avocado halves filled with juicy grilled peaches and creamy burrata cheese—finished with tangy balsamic glaze.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw avocados according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Preheat grill. Transfer peaches to a baking sheet and lightly oil with pan spray. Place oiled peaches on the grill, oiled side down. Spray other side of the peaches with pan spray. Turn once after about 30 seconds. Once lightly charred, remove from grill and refrigerate until service.
- Step 3
- For each serving; place 3 avocado halves on serving dish and fill each half with 1 Tbsp. burrata cheese. Top each avocado half with 2 grilled peach slices. Finish each plate with 1 Tbsp. of balsamic glaze.
