Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- Step 2
- Spray a sheet pan with pan release. Spread vegetables in a single layer, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Step 3
- Bake vegetables until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown. Hold hot for service.
- Step 4
- To serve; place 1/2 cup of gratined vegetables on serving dish.
