What could be better than pizza for lunch? Pizza Fries, of course! With all the Italian flavors that kids love plus crispy lattice fries—this vegetarian option will surely be a lunchtime winner.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Divide the mozzarella cheese in half, placing one half in a serving container to go on service line. The remaining mozzarella will be added to the heated marinara sauce.
- Step 2
- Spray 4-inch full-size steamtable pans with pan release spray. Each pan will hold 50 servings of marinara mixture.
- Step 3
- Mix peppers and onions, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella in a large container such as a 10-inch polycarbonate plastic storage unit.
- Step 4
- Transfer 16 lbs. + 9 oz. of the mixture to each prepared 4-inch steam table pan. Cover pans and place in steamer. (Alternately mixture can be baked, covered, at 350˚F.) Heat until the cheese is fully melted, stirring frequently to incorporate cheese.
- Step 5
- Prepare lattice fries according to package instructions.
- Step 6
- For service; portion 1/2 cup fries. Top with 1/2 cup marinara mixture using #8 scoop and 1 oz. mozzarella using 2 oz. spoodle.
