Lemon zest Tbsp.
Lemon juice 3 fl. oz.
Red Peppers, roasted, diced 3 oz.
White beans, small, canned, drained 6 oz.
Kalamata olives, chopped 2 oz.
Feta cheese 2 oz.
Shallots, minced 1 Tbsp.
Garlic 1 Tbsp.
Chili pepper flakes 1 tsp.
Parsley, chopped 3 Tbsp.
Pine nuts 1 oz.
Olive oil, extra virgin as garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado dices according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, gently combine the avocado dices with the lemon zest, lemon juice, red peppers, white beans, olives, feta, shallots, garlic, chili flakes, and parsley.
Step 3
Place dip into a serving bowl; top with pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita chips.
