Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw avocado dices according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- In a medium bowl, gently combine the avocado dices with the lemon zest, lemon juice, red peppers, white beans, olives, feta, shallots, garlic, chili flakes, and parsley.
- Step 3
- Place dip into a serving bowl; top with pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita chips.
