Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare red peppers according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place into a serving container. Top with 4 oz. gyro meat, 1 oz. sliced onion, 1 oz. of feta, 1 oz. red peppers, and 1/2 oz. Kalamata olives. Finish with 2 oz. Tzatziki sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
