Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Deep fry tofu cubes until crispy. Drain. Reserve at room temperature for service.
- Step 2
- For each portion; prepare 8 oz. fries according to package instructions. Transfer to a serving container. Top with 1.5 oz. tofu. Drizzle with 2 fl. oz. Pad Thai sauce. Garnish with 1 oz. edamame, 1/2 oz. green onion, 1/2 oz. bean sprouts, 3 sprigs cilantro, 1/4 oz. peanuts, and a lime wedge.
