Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare the Thai Style Red Quinoa & Vegetable blend according to package directions. Chill.
- Step 2
- Combine grain blend, chicken and peanut sauce. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
