Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Whisk together in medium bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Transfer fries to a bowl, sprinkle with seasoning, and toss to coat. Keep warm.
- Step 3
- Place lettuce on serving plate. Top with cucumbers, egg, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and steak. Finish with seasoned fries and blue cheese. Serve blue cheese dressing on the side.
