Delicate, flaky cannoli shells filled with a lightly sweetened, fluffy cream filling and finished with mango, raspberries and blueberries. These easy-to-make little pastries will really dress up your dessert menu.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the confectioners sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix until fully incorporated. Add whipping cream and mix until well incorporated and filling has reached desired consistency. Place mixture into a pastry bag and chill until firm.
- Step 2
- Pipe filling into each cannoli shell, filling from both sides. On each open end, top cream filling with about 1 Tbsp. of frozen mango, raspberry crumbles, or blueberries. Arrange on a serving platter, dust with confectioner's sugar and serve immediately.
