This side dish may be on the lighter side, but it packs a flavor punch. Offer it as a side choice on your family-style takeout menu. We think it would be a great accompaniment to our Chicken and Dumpling Casserole.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Step 2
- Sauté diced prosciutto until crispy. Set aside.
- Step 3
- Place asparagus on a foil-lined sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Roast until crisp-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Top with crisped prosciutto cracklings. Serve.
