Load up a plate of crispy crinkle cut wedge fries with succulent lamb birria, melted cheese and top the dish off with a house-made avocado crema.

Lamb or beef birria, prepared, warmed | 1.5 lbs. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw avocado according to package instructions and keep refrigerated.
- Step 2
- Blend together avocado, sour cream and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to squeeze bottle and refrigerate until needed.
- Step 3
- For each serving; prepare 6 oz. fries according to package instructions. Drain well and keep warm. Transfer fries to serving plate and top with 2 1/2 oz. birria meat and 2 oz. cheese. Drizzle with 3 oz. avocado crema and finish with a sprinkle of onion and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
