A delicious vegan take on classic BBQ flavors. Tender roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn, tangy BBQ sauce, roasted poblano peppers, chickpeas and savory onions all rolled up in chewy lavash wrap.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw corn according to package instructions. Reserve cold.
- Step 2
- Prepare sweet potatoes according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
- Step 3
- To assemble wraps; place lavash on flat surface. Spread with 2 fl. oz. BBQ sauce, top with 1/2 cup sweet potatoes and 1/4 cup corn. Evenly spread with 1.5 oz. chickpeas, poblano pepper strips, red onions and sprinkle with microgreens. Roll lavash end to end. Cut and serve.
