Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Step 2
- Cut bread into cubes. Place evenly in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle in Mediterranean blend, peppers and onions, and shredded cheese. Pour eggs over the top.
- Step 3
- Bake at 350°F in a conventional oven for 35-45 minutes or until eggs are cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Step 4
- To serve; Garnish with chopped parsley. Slice in squares or other shapes you desire.
