Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Step 2
- Stretch your dough ball into a 10x12-inch rectangle and transfer to a parchment-lined sheet pan lightly sprinkled with cornmeal, if desired. Par bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3
- Pulse the chiles and ginger in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Toss with the cheese. Evenly spread the cheese blend over the crust and top with peach slices. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and peaches are lightly charred.
- Step 4
- Top the hot pizza with prosciutto slices, drizzle with hot honey and garnish with cilantro leaves.
