Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Package the refrigerated ingredients for the taco kit including salsas, cilantro, Cotija, lime wedges and guacamole together and reserve cold.
- Step 2
- Prepare the fries and pepper & onion blend according to package instructions. Package the pepper & onion blend, meats and queso in sealed containers, wrap the tortillas in foil and place together in one delivery bag. Package the delivery fries in a ventilated container and place on the top of the other hot dishes in the delivery bag. Keeping hot and cold products separate.
