Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare the grain blend and broccoli according to package instructions. Chill.
- Step 2
- Whisk together coconut cream, mirin, tahini, miso, sesame oil, gochujang, red pepper flakes, and kosher salt in a small bowl until smooth. Reserve dressing.
- Step 3
- Combine grains, broccoli, dressing, green onions, coconut, peas and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
