Give the fastest-growing fry application some seasonal flavor with this Sweet Potato-based poutine.

| Knoor Turkey Gravy (or other Brand) | 3 cup | |
| Milk | 1 cup | |
| Paprika | 1 Tbsp. | |

| Simplot Sweets® Fries: Sweet Potato Entrée Cut Fries 1/4"x1/2" | 2 1/2 lb. | |
| White Onions, Sliced Thin | 2 count | |
| Whole Muscle Turkey Breast, Cooked, Sliced, and Hot | 2 lb. | 
Preparation Instructions:
- • Preheat fryer to 350°F. In a medium-sized bowl add the flour, salt and paprika. In a different bowl add the milk and sliced onions. Wet onions in milk, then transfer the onions (still wet) to flour mixture. Toss to coat evenly
- • Shake off excess flour and fry onions for 2 minutes. Reserve in paper towel-lined bowl.
- • Fry one bag of Simplot Sweets Sweet Potato Fries, Entree Cut. Divide into 12 servings.
- • For each serving, plate 2.5 oz of sliced hot turkey, 1 oz cranberry sauce and 2 oz turkey gravy. Garnish with crispy fried onions. Serve hot.
