Crispy french fries drizzled with rich garlic butter and dusted with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Step 1: Garlic Butter

Butter 4 oz.
Olive oil 4 fl. oz.
Garlic, chopped 4 oz.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Step 2: Fries

Simplot Classic® Fries: Premium Straight Cut Fries 3/8" 5 lb.
Parmesan cheese, grated 11 oz.
Parsley, fresh, finely minced 11 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine the butter, olive oil, garlic and salt in a small shallow skillet and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring to melt the butter and mellow the garlic. Remove from heat and hold warm for service.
Step 2
Prepare 10 oz. of fries according to the package directions. Remove from the fryer and drain them briefly. Transfer the fries to a warm stainless steel bowl, drizzle with a 1 oz. ladle of garlic butter, add 1 Tbsp. of parmesan cheese and 2 tsp. of parsley. Toss to coat and transfer to a serving boat.
