Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw vegetable blend and avocado according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Prepare chips according to package instructions, season and cool. Portion 1 1/2 oz. into box.
- Step 3
- For each serving; place a wrap on a clean surface. Spread 1 1/2 oz. avocado pulp and 1 1/4 oz. hummus evenly over the wrap. Top with 4 oz. vegetable blend and 1/2 oz. goat cheese, leaving more than half of the wrap free on the top and a couple inches free on each side. Fold in ends and roll into a burrito. Wrap in paper and cut in half. Place in box with portioned chips and baklava.
