Preparation Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Step 2
- Prepare peppers and onions according to package instructions. Set aside. Prepare 10 oz. Tater Gems® according to package instructions.
- Step 3
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. Top with a #303 clean, empty can with a 6-inch diameter that has had the top and bottom removed. Spray the inside of the can with pan release. For each serving: In several layers, combine 10 oz. Tater Gems®, 4 oz. chopped brisket, 4 oz. queso and 4 oz. peppers and onions in the can. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and heated through. Remove from oven. Using a wide spatula, transfer can to serving dish. Lift can and allow contents to spill from the bottom. Top with 1/2 oz. Cotija cheese, 1 oz. pickled jalapeños and 1 Tbsp. green onions.
