Take your fries a little bit upscale with duck confit and chevre (but don't be afraid to serve them with a beer at happy hour), they'll be a hit with any crowd.

Duck confit, shredded, prepared | 4 oz. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat duck fat to 345°F.
- Step 2
- Blend jam and sauce together in bowl.
- Step 3
- Whisk together in medium bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Transfer fries to a bowl, sprinkle with spices and toss to coat. Keep warm
- Step 4
- For each serving; transfer seasoned fries to a warm serving plate. Top with duck confit, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with chives.
