Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions. Cool. Combine with ranch dressing in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for service.
- Step 2
- Prepare potato wedges according to package instructions. Hold hot for service.
- Step 3
- For each serving; place 4 oz. potato wedges in serving container. Ladle 2 fl. oz. cheese sauce and 2 fl. oz. gravy over fries. Top with 2 oz. cheese curds, 2 pieces of chicken sliced into bite-sized pieces, and 6 oz. of corn blend.
