Preparation Instructions:
- For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place into serving container. Top with 3 oz. ahi tuna, a sliced avocado half, and 1 oz. pickled ginger. Drizzle with 1 oz. wasabi mayonnaise. Garnish with 1/2 sheet of nori strips a 1/4 tsp. sesame seeds.
