Call us crazy—but only after you've tried this dish. Perfectly cooked Conquest® fries topped with Ahi tuna, sliced avocado, pickled ginger and creamy wasabi mayonnaise with toasted nori strips and sesame seeds.

Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries 5/16" 5 lbs. 1 bag
Ahi tuna, small dice 30 oz.
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Individually Wrapped Avocado Halves, Fresh 48/1.5oz 10 each
Pickled ginger 10 oz.
Wasabi mayonnaise, prepared 10 fl. oz.
Nori, toasted, cut in strips 5 sheets
Sesame seeds, toasted 1 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place into serving container. Top with 3 oz. ahi tuna, a sliced avocado half, and 1 oz. pickled ginger. Drizzle with 1 oz. wasabi mayonnaise. Garnish with 1/2 sheet of nori strips a 1/4 tsp. sesame seeds.
